Kathryn ((Kathy) Rebecca Gussow was born in Bronx, New York June 4, 1946 and died in Poland in July 1986 from breast cancer. Her brother Irving Gussow was a graduate of PH in 1965. He reports that Kathy got her undergraduate degree in Florida.and then went on to teach in Mexico, Philadelphia, and Poland. Kathy had received a fellowship to teach in Poland and work on her Phd. After living in Poland for 2 years she succumbed to breast cancer. Kathy was involved with Head Start Programs and her Phd involved that interest.
