Carol P. Herndon, 72, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Donald G. Herndon.

Carol is survived by her brother, Robert Popper; sister-in-law, Pat Popper; and niece, Suzanne N. Popper.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel. A brief "Remembrance" in the visitation area will immediately follow the visitation hours. Interment will be held at Evergreen Burial Park. There will be no graveside service.
