Getting ready to launch "Riding the Real Amtrak: Denver to DC"- probably in June, but In Denver first, It will be available on Amazon and in color, as well as e-book format.. My first book was "Last Train From Cleveland: The Story of a Railyard Engineer" - more of an N&W based story than about Cleveland (1925). Its also on Amazon. I expect to publish at least three more books: Through The Flack: The Story of a B-17 Bombardier; "Redneck Riseup: The run of the Blue Steel Special". and "Guide to the RV Resort Lifestyle" (serial publication for each state. Would love to hear from other writers in our class.

Hi, Judy, Its great catching up with you. I finished up my Air Force career in 2004 and worked for a few more years with Lockheed-Martin. The photo is my newest book cover which I hope to release in May. This is my second book and hope that it will make more than my first book (Last Train From Cleveland). I hope to write a complete series of books on Amtrak Travel. I am also writing for a couple of magazines on RV travel with a focus on the South West and the Far West. We are competing with a trip to Yellowstone NP and the Family Reunion in Salem the last weekend of July.
I've never forgotten that family luncheon in Richmond one Sunday afternoon with you and your daughter and my three sons. I don't think Dr. Phil could have straightened me out then. I'm very happy that things worked out for you. 44 years in education is more than an accomplishment . It's miraculous!
Hi, Jim,
Just a note to let you know that we love California too. We are in Palm Desert through mid April, then back to Denver. We RV a lot these days If you get over this way, lets plan to meet.
Thanks,
Chip Deyerle .
